Centralized Branch Specialist
The Centralized Branch Specialist will work with branch staff, the application team and loan closing team through-out the loan origination process. Using customer interfacing portals, the Specialist will obtain information from customers and deliver this information to the appropriate operational team. Other duties include, but are not limited to, assisting in the ordering of title, appraisals and chattel evaluations. The ability to interact with customers and several internal team members will be paramount to a candidate’s success.
Location: Administration Office – Cullman, AL
Reports to: Centralized Branch Services Supervisor
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Agricultural Economics, Finance, or related field plus one (1) to three (3) years of financial operations, loan support operations, or banking experience preferred. Five (5) years of experience in lieu of degree is acceptable for the right candidate. Candidate must possess excellent communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment while performing a broad range of simultaneous duties, and have the ability to grasp processes quickly, accurately, and efficiently. Customer service is a critical component to the success of the candidate.
